I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I have received oral and written instructions (GTC) about the handling of the Segway self-balancing vehicle, and I comply with the instructions on the tour mentioned above. I use the Segway on my own responsibility, being aware of the risks.

I understand that during the use of the vehicle, I am obliged to wear the costs of any property damage, or personal injury arising from accidents. If I leave the defined area (practice track) or the hiking trails, respectively if I threat my own physical safety or that of others (by e.g. collisions), I exclude myself from the further use of the vehicle; moreover I understand that I must not give the Segway to a third party. Furthermore, I declare that I do not have any health problems (diabetes, blood pressure problems, epilepsy, etc.) which can cause loss of consciousness and thus a serious problem while using the Segway. At the time of this statement I am free of any influence (alcohol, drugs, etc.), I do it on my free will, and I take it upon myself as binding. I give my personal identification document (ID card, student ID card, passport) to the tour leader at the start of the tour and I will get it back at the end of the tour.

I understand that I have to follow the tour guide during the tour. I give my consent to the use of the photos taken during the tour for marketing purposes by Segway Pecs.
